FORKS:

• Flush and clean out existing fluids
• Disassemble and inspect fork internals
• Fill with proper oil volume and oil weight
• set adjusters (if needed)

SHOCKS:

• Flush and clean out existing fluids
• Disassemble and inspect shock internals
• Fill with proper oil volume and oil weight
• Recharge shock with nitrogen
• set adjusters (if needed)

FORKS

• Flush and clean out existing fluids
• Disassemble and inspect fork internals
• Replace oil seals and fork bushings (if needed)
• Clean and polish fork tubes
• Machine internals per specification (if needed)
• Re-vlave compression assembly
• Re-valve rebound assembly
• Re-valve midvalve assembly
• Fill with proper oil and weight
• Set adjuster per rider specifications
• Dyno forks 

SHOCKS

• Flush and clean out existing fluids
• Disassemble and inspect shock internals
• Replace oil seals and shock bushings (if needed) 
• Clean and polish shaft
• Machine internals per specification (if needed)
• Re-valve compression assembly 
• Re-valve rebound assembly
• Fill with proper fluid
• recharge with nitrogen 
• Set adjusters per rider specificaions
• Dyno test
